AegisVPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and mask your IP address. Our services include:

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

5. Subscription and Payment

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan (monthly, yearly, or bi-yearly). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. Refunds after 30 days are provided at our discretion. See our full Refund Policy for details.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with AegisVPN are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AegisVPN shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
  • Actions of third parties or other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee complete anonymity or protection from all threats.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our app at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
